COMMUNICATIONS VOLUNTEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, internal memos, and reports.
• Ensure internal communication across teams remains consistent, clear, and timely.
• Assist in preparing communications for outreach to external stakeholders, donors, and partners.
• Coordinate with program staff to gather information for updates, reports, and stories.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
• A passion for social justice, gender equality, and community empowerment.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Previous experience in communication or public relations (preferred, but not mandatory).
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable attitude.
