Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct background research on thematic areas such as mental health, GBV, youth empowerment, and digital literacy.
  • Assist in mapping community needs and local development trends.
  • Collect and organize data to inform project design and proposals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
  • A passion for gender equality, survivor empowerment, and community development.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to team efforts.
  • Previous experience in project management, community outreach, or working with vulnerable populations (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable attitude.
