
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct background research on thematic areas such as mental health, GBV, youth empowerment, and digital literacy.
- Assist in mapping community needs and local development trends.
- Collect and organize data to inform project design and proposals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
- A passion for gender equality, survivor empowerment, and community development.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to team efforts.
- Previous experience in project management, community outreach, or working with vulnerable populations (preferred, but not mandatory).
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable attitude.
