Mbi Aziseh is a youth leader, elections and parliamentary affairs analyst, and founder of the Policy Lab for Civic Innovation and Community Solutions (POLITICOS), a problem-solving think tank committed to influencing public policies through civic and political participation. His work aligns strongly with SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, as he actively promotes transparent electoral systems, parliamentary accountability, inclusive governance, and citizen engagement ,all essential components of building strong, effective, and accountable institutions.

As the Cameroon National Youth Council President for Santa Subdivision, Aziseh has represented the voices of over 5,000 young people, ensuring their active involvement in local governance and development agendas. Through Politicos and a network of civic actors, he has created collaborative spaces that advance SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals by fostering multi-stakeholder engagement between youth groups, civil society, and decision-makers to co-create sustainable democratic solutions.

He is an alum of multiple leadership and civic engagement programs, including the Young Leaders Program of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, and has received training as a Peace and Democracy Ambassador. Passionate about civic participation as a catalyst for societal progress, Aziseh believes that leadership is not defined by position, but by service and that Africa’s governance challenges can be addressed by building the political will to act with courage, competence, and conviction.

Outside his work, he enjoys writing, political debates, meaningful conversations, and exploring new ideas that challenge the status quo. He is committed to building a future where young people, especially those in underserved communities, can thrive and actively shape the policies that affect their lives, advancing the vision of peaceful, just, and inclusive societies through strong partnerships and accountable institutions..
