Wanda Roland acts as a Peace Activist, he is dedicated to fostering inclusive and resilient communities. With over 5 years of practical experience in advocating for Peace and Gender Based Violence (GBV) Prevention, his journey in the humanitarian sector is driven by passion for justice and equality for all. Within the past years, he had spearheaded numerous initiatives that addressed the root causes of conflict and ensured marginalized voices are heard.

Amidst other activities, he has carried out several peace building initiatives such as a Peace March in collaboration with the North West Regional Assembly, The Cameroon National Youth Council, Bike Riders Trade Union, Fons and the Governor of the North West Region where youths came out in their numbers to advocate for peace and normalcy in this part of the region admit the ongoing crisis.

He has equally carried out an annual Peace Festival in commemoration of the International Day of Peace known as the Engage4Peace Festival aimed at promoting peace, harmony and Social Cohesion bringing together youths, CSOs, UNDP, The North West Regional Assembly and several administrative Authorities to promote peace, solidarity and encourage dialogues on peace building among community members.

Also, Wanda Roland resolved a conflict between bike riders and taxi drivers in Mezam. This dialogue brought together the bike riders trade union, taxi driver trade union, religious and traditional as well as Peace Activists to address this conflict arising between bike riders and taxi drivers in Mezam. The outcome of this activity relatively addressed this conflict bringing peace and harmony among these 2 main parties.
